Persevere in continuing to do the good work for the Gospel with a servant heart.

Nivati (Bale) and Teusia (Sia) Baleinamoto are currently serving as directors of YWAM Okanagan. Bale joined YWAM in Fiji in 1992. In 1998 he moved to Tonga to serve on the U of N campus. Sia joined YWAM in 1999. They were married in 2001. They moved from Tonga in 2007 with their daughter Mere. In Canada, the Baleinamoto family has been blessed with two more daughters, Alisi and Laisani. Bale and Sia feel called to be pioneers and to be visionary, seeing more missionaries raised up to fulfill the Great Commission of Mark 16:15.

I began working with YWAM Okanagan in April 09. In the beginning, I came to take a DTS as a way of passing the time until I could go to University. A good friend told me that YWAM would be a wonderful experience that could deepen my relationship with God. It turned out to be so much more than that! God used the Dicipleship Training School to touch my heart like never before and my world has changed because of it.

BULA!!! from the beautiful island of Fiji. I was born to a Christian family of 11. I have 4 sisters, 4 brothers and I am right in the middle. I was born again in January of 1995. I became involved in local missions with my local church from 1998 to 2003, and with YWAM since then. I did my DTS in Samoa, and went to Niue Island for outreach. I totally believe that God has a great calling on my life. My life goal is "TO FULFILL GOD'S PURPOSE IN SUCH A TIME AS THIS."

I joined YWAM in 2006 at the Tonga university campus, where I took my DTS. I was brought up in a Christian background, and the Discipleship training course really changed my life. Now I have more intimacy with God, rather than just going to church on Sunday. I really have a heart to serve in the mission field. I am blessed to Join YWAM Okanagan this year (2009) and be God's servant.
